Q1. Firstly, Tell Us something about yourself?
A: I am nobody special but just a next door Punjabi guy staying in delhi. Persuing my dreams and working with a KPO to earn my living. I am 26 (about to enter 27 on 18thdecember) and almost happy with whatever I have achieved till now, again almost.
Q2. “Unsatisfied Satisfaactionns” Tell us something about the book? How did you get the idea of your first novel?
A: Well idea was not very difficult to get as its based on my own love story... Initially I had no intentions to reveal it publicly, but then I thought of penning it down because I wanted to show people how mysterious destiny can play with our lives.
Q3. You became a writer by chance or from starting you want to be a writer?
A:It was out of a sheer chance. You know our lives change when we step out of our teenage and then again when we step into our later mid 20s. So even when I did, I analyzed my journey so far and decided to give something inspirational to the people, who are still dealing with their chaos of early 20s. During those years, we all get into relationships, but without even understanding the real essence of it. Hope my work would help them to understand it in their own language.
Q4. Did you face difficulties while getting your book published. How was your experience working with Author Empire Publication?
A: Difficulties?? Oh yes..! That's actually a part of your path when you try to venture into any new field without any proper experienced guidance or godfather. For Author's Empire I can proudly say, the firm with Kunal Marathe& his team really made my debut in literary domain a pleasant and memorable one. Lucky to work with such a devoted team!
Q5. Tell us something about your favorite character in the book?
A:Apart from Riitik Babbar, huh? Kidding! My fav would be any day Stuti, who in my real life as well came as an angel and brought me back to life so that I could write something like this for everyone.
Q6. Tell us some of the exciting memories while writing this book?
A:Exciting... hmmm... Honestly I penned it down in flat 18 days or nights to be precise so there was no scope of any excitement while writing it down. But yeah fun lied in the aftermath of writing. In fact, I used to think getting published, writing a novel is very easy, but when I experienced it all at the first hand it really swooshed through my mind.
Q7. Who is your favorite Author and Why?
A: I like the way our Indian authors are contributing to our literature, but I personally would like to reach the level of ChetanBhagat or Sidney Sheldon. I wish to write a masterpiece like "Doomsday Conspiracy" one day.
Q8. How do you feel when you saw your dream book in your hand?
A: I am still eagerly waiting to hold it. It’s in pre-orders and highly expected to be launched around 25th this month. But it would be nothing lesser than holding my own baby.
Q9. Tell us your future goals in terms of writing?
A: Well I have no concrete plans to write further, but yeah if I would get something to inspire people around, I would surely write. Apart from that, I already love blogging to share my views on regular events.
Q10. Besides writing, what are your hobbies?
A: What major hobbies one can pursue being awfully trapped in a reputed KPO... Arrrgghhh... I so wish to get back to my teenage. But yeah whatever little time I get, I try spending it with the love of my life - Football... Cheers for MAN U...!! Music has been my loyal friend since ages... Socializing and Exploring new places...
Q11. Unsatisfied Satisfaactionns is very different Title. From where did u get the idea for the title. Is it a true story or purely fiction?
A: Title is actually based on the oxymoron character of my love story. When you would read, you would be able to understand what I mean here. And it's a true story with a pinch of fiction to avoid making it look like a personal diary!
Q12. How are you promoting your book? How will you reach reviews of the book?
A: You help me promoting it. I have done my part by writing it for all you guys there and now its your turn to make it reach every loving heart here.
Q13. How will you react to negative feedback?
A: There would be nothing negative for me. I am not expecting everyone to match my wave-length or see things my way. Its just my view point, my experience, which I have got from certain events of my life. I am sharing them not to fetch any positive or negative feedback, but inspire at least 1 person to learn the lost essence of love. Thats it.!
Q14. Tell us something about upcoming Project. Have you planned for the sequel of the book?
A: Not yet any sequel. but yeah if I would get something inspiring for others, I would surely pen it down.
Q15. Finally any parting words for all the readers and Debut writers?
A: I would say life is short... full of ups and downs. But what matters here is living peacefully and happily with your achievements and also Unsatisfied Satisfaactionns!
