About the book: BFF: Best Friends Forever is a first personal narrative by Tanishq Sehgal, who talks about his life as a confused, restless teenager and the mischief-monger who diligently writes his destiny. In boarding, lonely Tanishq often converses with the mischief-monger, blaming him for the wrongs in his life. He has to prove himself and he does so by beating Mike, national level skate champion. Thus things change for Tanishq and the gorgeous Mira seeks him out. Tanishq s buddy Varun is madly in love with Mira. Hence, Tanishq tries to maintain a considerable distance with Mira which eventually angers her. Tanishq is ignorant about his best friend Priyanka s feelings for him back home. Review: “BFF: Best Friend Forever” is written by debut author Supriya Parulekar. First of all I loved the Title as it is dedicated to friendship and in Today’s world, one needs friends to share your happiness as well as sorrows. The cover is simple and compliments the title. The blurb is short and rightly explain about the life of Tanishq. The book is narrated by Tanishq itself and it is wonderfully narrated. I loved the style of writing, The way she had explained the viewpoint of a teenage boy in school was commendable. I loved the beautiful relation shared by Tanishq and Priyanka. The friendship between Varun, Tanishq and Raghav, Varun’s love for Mira and the naughtiness in school campus was nicely written. I liked the way Tanishq try to help people in School specialy Mike in drug case without affecting the consequences faced by him. I loved the way Friends took oath to remain friends forever. That was something worth reading. A nice and beautiful story to read. The climax of the book was emotional and romantic.
The only drawback was some grammatical error. I think it is Proofreader and editor’s fault. Rest the book is worth reading. Good luck Author.
