Verdict: ☆☆☆ ½ A book with full of emotions, love for the country and Family. Some of the facts were real like Kargil war, which will touch your heart. A Quick read book. One can read it in one single shot.

About The book: When Potnis a captain in the Indian Army meets Pansy during the Operation Blue Star he knows he has found the love of his life. Their passionate romance leads them to the altar and blossoms into a beautiful child, Rihana. History repeats itself when Advik, a wayward boy from a broken family, catapults into Rihana’s heart, as smoothly as he conquers the skies as an Air Force pilot. What follows is a night of unabashed love, transporting the couple to heavenly bliss. Where will their unbridled love lead them? Will Rihanna remain a mistress to Advik, for whom the love for his country comes first, or will she be able to make a place in his heart that is second to none? This heartbreaking saga of love, courage and sacrifice will leave you asking for more.
Review: First look of the cover was simple nothing new and impressive. The blurb clearly shows the love for the Men in Uniform. The title was perfectly suited to the story. The book will hook you till the end as the Author had beautifully defined love, whether for family or for the country. The way Kargil war was explained, it was coming to alive again and we felt the same emotions which we felt at the time of the war for the soldiers. The narration was perfect. I enjoyed reading both the relations Pansy and Potnis as well as Advik and Rihana and the way both the men who have to sacrifice their love because of their Love for the country. Bhaavna had. It is a perfect tale of glory and Pride. The Author had beautifully narrated the incidents of Indian defense system. I loved the character of Shamsher Singh, who bring a smile to your face with his sweet words. The end was emotional and it touched the heart. A story of respect and trust in the country. There were some of the incidents which make you cry. A cry for happiness. Like A letter which Rihana send to Advik and he read it hundred times. That was one of the beautiful moment.
Drawback: I wanted to read more about Rihaana and Advik’s relationship. It ended very early.
Overall A nice read for all those who love to read war stories combined with a love story. I have read Bhaavna’s first book and Now her Second book. Both were different genre combined with love and I enjoyed reading both. Good luck Author. Love to read more…
