About the book: LOVE! The only word and emotion in this world that bags the potential to turn a rat into a lion... and a lion into a lamb! Now, when this lamb is caught in the web of love, slaughtered into multiple shapes, compressed under varied emotional tortures, marinated and preserved by certain caretakers, and finally, heated and cooked to death, where its sole motive remains to be a TASTE to others, our MUTTON SOUP is ready to be served delicious! Vegetarians or non-vegetarians, doesn't really matter.
Pratham, whose one track life surrounded by his friends gets zeroed when he meets the love of his life, Priyangi. Ultimately, they define it beyond the bounds of right and wrong. Eventually, a roller coaster tale follows, which reveals that love exists beyond Mills & Boon and Bollywood, deep in the corner of every heart, what only creates a difference is CONFESSION. In this story where you would be trapped between two hearts beating away from each other, still staying together, you would be caught in the bliss of googly giggles, you would be chopped to chip and bleed, you will turn salty to create a taste with your tears, but you won't have the permission to yell and prevent yourself from being cooked!
Review: “Mutton Soup…because Chicken & Chicks are so outdated” the first look of the title itself make you laugh. The cover of the book looks attractive and it suits the title. The blurb clearly indicates the book is a soup of love, lust and relationship. It is a small book which you can read while travelling or drinking coffee. The Author had wonderfully narrated which will make you completely hooked towards the book. The way relationship between Priyangi and Pratham is narrated, I simply enjoyed reading it. The one liner in the book was too witty which will make you laugh. The characters, Emotions were perfectly blended and interesting to read. I loved the main protagonist “Pratham”. His love towards Priyangi was commendable. The end was nice to read. It was wonderfully edited. I could not find a single mistake. The Mystery in few pages was also interesting, especially the way Pratham had handled the situation was nice to read. I could not stop myself in sharing this line as after reading this, I could not control my laughter: " I am Pratham, not Dwitiya aur Tritya. But if I don't go right now and make love to her, I will be labelled what follows Dwitiya and Tritya!"..... I as a reader would suggest everyone to read this book. When you are feeling bored, just took out this book and read. You will simply enjoy!! It. All the best Pratham…
