Review: I received this book for review but due to some personal reasons giving my very late review. Sorry for the delay. I really loved the title “I Played a Game with Life”. Very different and interesting title from usual love stories. The cover of the book is also interesting. Although I found starting a bit boring but initial chapters really interested me and the character Sam was really good. As a debut author, Richardson had narrated the book very well. Especially the way he fought with his dreams and succeeded. Some way or the other people face this kind of situation when they want to follow their dreams and their parents didn’t approve of it. Such people will truly love this book. His friends and girlfriend supported him was also an interesting part of the book. The only drawback of the book was it’s editing and some printing error. Rest the book was interesting with a social message for all the youth. “Life is a game and we have to play with it. “ As a debut writer, Richardson’s effort is commendable. Good luck.
