Publisher: Lifi Publication..
Verdict: ☆☆☆ A book for all those who believe in friendship and can do anything for friends. A simple language to understand written by a layperson . Nothing new as such but still it was full on entertaining. All those engineering students can relate to this book.
About The Author: Ashish loves to read novels and watch films. He has completed B.Tech from Thapar University, Patiala. He currently resides in Hanumangarh. Apart from his business and hobbies, he is a shopaholic. He likes to travel too.
Deepti is a keen reader and a big bollywood fan. She has completed her B.Tech from ICT, Mumbai. She works with an engineering firm in Pune. Apart from a passionate writer, she plays guitar, has interest in travelling and hanging out with friends. She has a published book Just Another Love Story…
About The book: Never propose to a girl via SMS or email or letter. Propose to her face to face. In writing, you leave behind evidence against yourself. Verbally, you can show your emotions and most importantly, you can run from your own statement without leaving any evidence. A proposal should be like a lady's skirt; long enough to cover the essentials, short enough to keep it interesting. Six friends from an engineering college in Patiala have a similar story to tell. They rocked their four years of college life with their own rules in everything. They were free birds and no college norms or rules could chain them until they became the victims of circumstances and bitterness that rolled in their lives.
Review: The cover of the book is alluring and perfectly matched with the title. The Blurb is short and accurate and tells you about the clear picture of the story so far. It is true, we can do anything for friends but it should be within our dignity and self-respect. The concept is nothing new but still when you read it you never get bored. The friendship between six friends and their exciting moments in college life were well written by the Author. The characterization was nicely potrayed by the author. Each character had a significant role to play and you enjoyed reading each and every character. The funny moments in college were really enjoyable to read. Nisha and Ashu’s love was cute. I loved the way he told his feelings to Nisha on Facebook chat without getting anything in written and also the Airport moment was beautiful. Hoiwever, As a reviewer, I wanted something interesting concept more mature. Thses types of books are enjoyed by specific genere of people. It was another Chick-lit. All those who are in their college life will surely love to read this book. The end was nothing new and exciting. Just a simple end. As a debut author, he had written it flawlessly but I want something more from the Author.
Drawback: The concept was not fresh. I want some mature and Interesting concept.
