Review: “Birth of a Bastard Prince” A book by Anurag Anand with an appropriate Title and Wonderful cover take you on the journey of A beauty Queen of Historical Era Amarpali. I always wanted to know about her life. Finally, I got to read it. Anurag had beautifully captivated the life of Amarpali in Simple language. I was totally involved in the book. A wonderful Narration and Superb Characterisation. Each character was equally important. The Climax told you about the Buddhist formation which was interesting. The blurb was simple and clearly explain about the book. As a reader, I totally enjoyed reading the journey of Amarpali. Her life as “Nagarvadhu” and Royal courtesan was totally an Enjoyable part to read. I am not much of a Historical fan, but some characters interest me and this is one such book. Anurag had narrated so wonderfully that I while reading the book went to that Era and found myself part of it. I would suggest Every Historical fans read this book.
