When the investigation reveals astounding secrets, Joseph arranges a rendezvous with the boys at the mansion. In a terrifying encounter on a dark, windy night, destiny intervenes in a most unlikely manner on the cusp of yet another vicious strike. Clearly driven by a murderous obsession, and shrouded in chilling deception, which is behind these gruesome attacks?
Review: First of all the cover and the title of the book matched with the concept of the story that is quite terrifying and frightening. The blurb is so accurate that it conveys everything about the concept of the story. The prologue of the book is very lengthy, but it gives you a complete feel of the book, and you are totally hooked till the end. As a reader, I found the narration of the book quite expressive which itself made it an interesting read. The characterization of the book was wonderful as well, whether a psychopath ‘Philips’ or the character ‘Joseph’. I liked the way Joseph had handled the situation cleverly. As the book progresses, the sudden twists and turns in the book drive you deeper and deeper into the book. The epilogue is also well-written, and the book ends efficiently. As a reviewer, I enjoyed reading the book. A good and worthy purchase for anyone who loves to read a well-written murder mystery.
